Quincy's Accelerated Associates Pathway Program

Associates Degree

It’s a two-fer. Get a high school diploma AND a college degree, at the same time

Quincy College is ready to offer a select group of grade 9 students at Quincy’s high schools a unique opportunity to earn two-year college degree by the time they graduate high school.

Beginning in January 2025, the new Accelerated Associate’s Degree Pathway Program will welcome eligible high school freshmen into a customized course of study that will lead to an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts (totaling 62 credits) from Quincy College, in parallel with their pursuit of a high school diploma.

The Accelerated Associate’s Degree Pathway Program is the latest in the continuing partnership between Quincy College and Quincy Public Schools which includes the Early College High School Pathway Program and the popular Dual Enrollment program. All three programs are designed to offer the city’s high school students a head start on a college education.

Quincy’s Accelerated Associate Degree Pathway Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis through Fall 2024. Please note that an in-person interview (student and parent/guardian) is also required as part of the application process.
