Quincy College graduates will be able to make a seamless transition into Lesley University after earning their associate's degree to complete their bachelor's degree, under a new agreement between the schools.

Quincy College Holds Symposium on Substance Abuse; panel of speakers discussed how the opioid crisis developed, how addiction impacts many, recovery.

The event was hosted by the Quincy College Addiction Awareness Club, and featured presentations from the City of Boston, the City of Quincy and community groups, who addressed issues concerning drug and alcohol addiction.

Quincy College Plymouth Campus will host a free Meet the Author Night event, as part of the campus' 25th anniversary celebrations,from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Oct. 19 at Krovitz Library, 36 Cordage Park Circle, Plymouth.

Meet the Author Night, a program at the Plymouth campus of Quincy College, will present Stephen Kurkjian who will talk about his book, "Master Thieves: The Boston Gangsters Who Pulled Off The World's Greatest Art Heist" at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 19
